We are looking for an Accounting software project consultant to join our team and take a key role in managing different areas of our accounting software projects. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams, consult on accounting-related software solutions, and help ensure successful project delivery.

Depending on your experience and interest, you will also have the opportunity to take responsibility for leading accounting software team projects, supporting team work planning and contributing to the smooth execution of projects.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing accounting software projects or specific project phases
• Supporting and leading accounting software project teams, together with team work planning and coordinating project execution
• Consulting clients on the use, setup, and best practices of accounting software solutions
• Acting as a bridge between clients, developers, and internal stakeholders
• Gathering business and accounting requirements and translating them into system solutions
• Supporting software implementations, upgrades, and process improvements
• Assisting clients with accounting-related workflows and system usage
• Documenting project plans, requirements, solutions, and user guidelines

Requirements:

• Fluent in Estonian and English (Russian or Finnish language is a plus!)
• Strong knowledge or hands-on experience in accounting or finance
• Would be good to have some experience working with accounting software, ERP systems, or financial modules
• Ability to work in a structured way and manage multiple tasks or projects
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• Comfort working with clients, teams, and technical stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude
