Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end Android features, ensuring seamless integration between APIs and user-facing interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality, scalable mobile solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold strong engineering standards to maintain a clean, efficient, and maintainable codebase.
- Continuously refactor and optimize application architecture to support performance, scalability, and future growth.
- Share knowledge and promote best practices within the team to elevate overall development quality.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and evolving technical requirements.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Android development with strong expertise in the Android SDK.
- Advanced proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, with a strong emphasis on user experience and modern mobile development practices.
- Solid understanding of architectural patterns such as MVVM or Clean Architecture.
- Experience writing readable, maintainable code supported by comprehensive testing strategies.
- Familiarity with dependency injection, Kotlin Coroutines/Flow, and Compose Navigation (preferred).
- Interest in financial technology, digital payments, or Bitcoin-related ecosystems (nice to have).
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
