We are seeking a proactive and highly organised HR Coordinator to support the delivery of core HR processes across multiple European locations. Working closely with the HR Officer and HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can manage their own workload independently
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, contractual changes and family leave, ensuring compliance with employment law and local regulations.
- Oversee contractor and contingent worker administration, including visa tracking and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records across HR systems (e.g., Workday, SharePoint) and personnel files.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, including regulatory references and compliance-related materials.
- Deliver new joiner inductions and conduct exit interviews, reporting on key trends and insights.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring timely and accurate submission of required inputs.
- Manage the HR shared inbox and respond to employee queries promptly.
- Coordinate training requests, study agreements, and maintain Learning & Development records.
- Contribute to HR process and system improvements.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned business areas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the recruitment system.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to prioritise effectively and work independently.
- Proactive, solutions-focused and confident managing multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards.
