The Role

You’ll join a dedicated AI team building production-grade systems into an established enterprise platform. This is a hands-on AI engineering role.

You’ll:

• Build, train and deploy advanced NLP models and AI agents
• Evaluate models using statistical and qualitative techniques
• Create repeatable data pipelines (extract, clean, transform)
• Integrate AI workflows into production systems
• Contribute to reproducible, testable and responsible AI standards
• Lead individual initiatives involving multiple stakeholders

You won’t just experiment, you’ll ship.

What You’ll Likely Bring

• 4+ years delivering AI/ML products
• Strong Python and modern ML framework experience
• Experience in NLP, deep learning, generative AI and/or agentic systems
• Solid theoretical grounding in model optimisation
• Comfortable working cross-functionally
