We are looking for a highly motivated, highly skilled and results-driven HR Data Scientist/Strategist to join our HR team and support the transformation of data into actionable insights. In this role you will apply advanced data science techniques and data-driven insights to address human capital challenges. Your goal will be to transform raw employee data into strategic insights that guide crucial business decisions to improve employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning accuracy, contributing to the achievement of business objectives.
- Predictive Analytics and Modeling: Develop predictive models to analyze and forecast key HR metrics such as turnover risk, performance potential, and talent acquisition trends.
- Data Storytelling: Create intuitive dashboards and technical reports, translating complex data analyses into practical and actionable recommendations for decision-makers (HR Business Partners and Leadership).
- Workforce Planning: Analyze historical and current workforce trends to support the development of workforce planning future scenarios in collaboration with the business, through specific dashboard creation and reporting.
- Data Management and Integration: Collaborate with the technical team to ensure data quality, integrate data from different sources (e.g. Payroll, ATS, Performance Management), and optimize workflows.
- Research and Survey Design: Support the designing and analysis of corporate climate and engagement surveys, applying statistical methodologies to provide meaningful insights beyond simple descriptive analysis.
EDUCATION:
Master's Degree or PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Physics, or related fields.
LINGUISTIC SKILLS:
Excellent English level, essential for accessing international tools
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in HR Analytics, People Research, Data Scientist roles, or data-driven consultancy. Profiles from both corporate or consultancy backgrounds will be considered.
- Statistical Analysis: Proficiency in statistical tools and programming languages such as R or Python (particularly libraries like Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Data Visualization: Proven experience in using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to create dynamic reports and dashboards.
- HR Metrics: Deep knowledge of HR KPIs such as eNPS, Time-to-hire, Turnover rate, Revenue per FTE.
- AI & ML: Familiarity with generative AI for text analysis (e.g. sentiment analysis) and basic machine learning models.
- Advanced Excel: Ability to manipulate complex datasets using Power Query, macros, and advanced formulas.
- HR Management Tools: Knowledge or implementation experience with HR tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or other HRIS for data extraction and analysis will be considered a plus.
- Critical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret data to understand underlying human and organizational dynamics.
- Communication: Good communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights effectively to non-technical audiences in a clear and engaging manner.
- Ethics and Privacy: High level of ethical awareness and strong commitment to data privacy and GDPR compliance.
