The Support and Service Team in Riga is looking for a Head of Sales to lead the global sales strategy. The successful candidate will manage an international team, build relationships with key partners, and directly drive the company’s revenue growth.
Role Overview
The Head of Sales (iGaming) is responsible for defining and executing the global sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and leading the sales function across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the company’s global sales vision and long-term growth strategy.
- Drive revenue performance and ensure consistent achievement of commercial targets.
- Lead complex negotiations and close high-value strategic partnerships.
- Oversee sales of platform solutions while refining pricing and commercial frameworks.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing international sales team.
- Establish clear KPIs, performance standards, and incentive structures.
- Enhance sales infrastructure, including CRM governance and funnel efficiency optimization.
- Align sales initiatives with Product and Marketing to strengthen market positioning and demand generation.
- Represent the company at industry events, expanding brand presence and strategic alliances.
- Provide data-driven leadership through forecasting, pipeline analysis, CAC/LTV evaluation, and executive reporting.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, including 3+ years in a Head of Sales, Sales Lead, or Commercial Lead role.
- Proven track record in strategic sales development within a B2B SaaS or platform-based model.
- Strong understanding of platform architecture (core systems, CRM, integrations, back-office).
- In-depth knowledge of platforms, providers, integration processes, and aggregation technologies within operator ecosystems.
- Established relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of licensing and compliance requirements.
- Ability to translate complex products into clear and compelling value propositions.
- Expertise in pipeline management and accurate revenue forecasting.
- Strong C-level negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English (C1+).
- Strong strategic thinking.
