We're now looking for a data-driven and curious Credit Risk Analytics Intern to support our first-line credit risk activities. This is a unique opportunity to work with real-world credit decisioning data and see exactly how advanced analytics drives the daily operations of a modern digital bank.
What will you be doing?
- Working on credit risk tasks tailored to your strengths—whether it's deep-dive data exploration or building robust monitoring tools.
- Contributing to the development of Tableau dashboards and tracking KPIs to keep our risk management on point.
- Analyzing datasets and external data sources to identify trends, anomalies, and potential data quality issues.
- Documenting your findings and communicating complex results clearly to the team to support strategic decision-making.
- At least intermediate SQL skills—you are comfortable joining multiple tables and navigating databases.
- Experience with Tableau/BI reporting or a flair for data analysis using Excel, Python, or R.
- You don't just see numbers; you see patterns. You have a high attention to detail and a natural ability to draw logical conclusions.
- The ability to document your work and present results clearly in both written and visual forms.
- Fluent written and spoken English (as we work in an international setup).
- Relevant studies (Finance, Econometrics, Math, Data Science) or equivalent practical projects are a big plus.
- An opportunity to learn from a diverse group of people who excel at what they do.
- A paid internship from June to August with the salary of €740.
- A personal mentor — an experienced professional you can always reach out to.
- Opportunities to expand your professional network and take part in events for our interns.
When submitting your application, please ensure your CV is in English.
