TALENT ACQUISITION & HR SPECIALIST

This role combines hands-on recruiting with HR management responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both attracting top talent and helping teams thrive after they join.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


Talent Acquisition & Hiring:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process from intake to offer.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, profiles, and recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source, engage, and build relationships with top global talent using modern sourcing tools.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Use recruitment data and insights to continuously improve hiring processes, time-to-hire, and quality of hire.

HR Management & Employee Lifecycle:

  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration and a strong employee experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Support internal mobility, including transfers, promotions, and career development discussions.
  • Drive and support employee engagement initiatives, including company events, recognition programs, and D&I efforts.
  • Handle employee relations matters, helping mediate conflicts and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and compliance with final documentation and payments.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS


  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to HR operations or employee lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally across multiple roles or functions.
  • Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and leaders, translating business needs into effective hiring strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with modern sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, employee records management, internal mobility, and offboarding.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of employee relations and local labor practices, with the ability to handle sensitive topics professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a candidate- and employee-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
