🧠What You’ll Do


We are currently looking for a Security Governance & Customer Interface Manager to join a major ICT & telecom services environment in Luxembourg.

This role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, service delivery, and customer engagement.


  • Act as the primary security interface between customers and internal delivery teams
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and cybersecurity teams
  • Monitor and continuously improve security KPIs in line with service requirements
  • Serve as main point of contact for audits and compliance-related inquiries
  • Review audit findings and prepare formal management responses
  • Consolidate and communicate periodic security reports to customers
  • Coordinate customer security requests internally
  • Support the implementation and improvement of security controls


🛠️ Technical Skills


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT Security or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in:
  • IT Security
  • Security Governance
  • Cybersecurity service delivery
  • Telecom or managed services environments
  • Strong understanding of:
  • ISO/IEC 27000 series
  • NIST framework
  • Risk management principles
  • Knowledge of security infrastructure and systems
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 LI, ITIL are a plus
  • Fluency in English and French

  • Customer-oriented and service-minded
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Comfortable in audit and compliance environments
  • Experience coordinating across IT and business teams
