Your role and impact
- Commercial & Admin Enablement: Manage our internal Admin Panel and other tooling as a core product. You will build the workflows and tools that Sales and Managed Accounts teams use daily, optimizing them for speed and ease of use to support high-volume operations.
- Growth, Marketing & CRM Infrastructure: Partner with the Marketing teams to treat our customer lifecycle stack as a product. You will define the roadmap for attribution, affiliate networks, and CRM integrations, ensuring we have the technical capability to scale user acquisition profitably and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Data & Infrastructure Foundation: Collaborate with Engineering to ensure our platform infrastructure and data pipelines are robust. You ensure that the data flowing between our systems is accurate and actionable for decision-makers.
- Financial Infrastructure: Own the domain of Payments & Payouts. You will ensure compliant, scalable money flows (pay-ins/pay-outs/billing) and build the tools our Finance Ops team needs for reconciliation. You will also manage KYC/KYB processes to ensure regulatory compliance across markets.
- Trust, Safety & Risk: Champion the strategy for platform integrity. You will determine the right product balance between high security (2FA, verification, anti-fraud) and low friction, protecting our users and brand reputation without hurting conversion rates.
- Kamernet Platform: Act as the product custodian for the Kamernet platform. You will own the roadmap for the platform, balancing the stability and health of the site with the development of new opportunities and the leveraging of shared group capabilities .
- Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a Marketplace, FinTech, or SaaS environment.
- Strategic Mindset: You're able to think strategically about the product’s long-term vision while also paying meticulous attention to the details of execution.
- Problem-Solving Ability: You're a true problem solver with strong analytical capabilities. You're able to manage multiple, often competing, priorities effectively.
- Cross-Functional Communication: You act as the bridge between diverse internal teams. You excel at translating complex requirements into shared goals; collaborating with Marketers on attribution, aligning with Finance on reconciliation, and partnering with Security on risk, ensuring everyone moves in the same direction.
- Outcome Orientation: You measure success by business impact (e.g., "reduced fraud by 10%," "improved payout speed by 20%"), not just by the number of features shipped.
- Stakeholder Empathy: You view internal teams as your customers. You are skilled at saying "no/not now" to low-value requests to focus on the initiatives that truly move the needle for the company.
- Technical Fluency: While you don't need to code, you understand the complexity of integrations, data flows, and platform architecture well enough to challenge estimates and propose scalable solutions.
- Data-Driven Approach: You are data-informed, using insights to guide your decisions. Experience with event-based analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude is a big plus.
