PLM Program Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced CPG PLM Program Manager to lead large-scale global PLM transformation programs within a complex beverage manufacturing environment. This role will drive strategic alignment, governance, and enterprise-wide PLM enablement across Product Development, Packaging, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong domain expertise in beverage/FMCG product lifecycle processes and deep experience implementing enterprise PLM platforms such as Teamcenter, Infor PLM, SAP PLM, Trace One, or Centric PLM.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT Program Management within FMCG/CPG.
• 8+ years leading global PLM implementations.
• Proven experience with one or more of:
• Teamcenter
• Infor PLM
• SAP PLM
• Trace One
• Centric PLM
• Strong knowledge of beverage / food product lifecycle processes.
• Experience managing global multi-country rollouts.
• Deep understanding of:
• New Product Development (NPD)
• Formulation lifecycle
• Packaging & Artwork management
• Regulatory compliance frameworks (EU preferred)
