This is a full-time on-site role based in Portugal for a UX/UI Designer. The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered designs, wireframes, and prototypes to improve user experiences. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, and designing intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will ensure all designs align with business goals and enhance user satisfaction while adhering to Fulcrum’s design principles.
- Proficiency in UX design, wireframing, user research, and usability testing
- UI design skills including visual design, typography, and interaction design
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in agile development processes and familiarity with design systems is an advantage
