  WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research, define problems, collect data, and deliver impactful strategic insights
  • Familiarity with optimization and simulation tools and the ability to manage stakeholder inputs and governance processes.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel solutions and comfort with modern data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and external partners.
  • Commitment to continuous upskilling through training and certifications in analytics, data engineering, and related domains.
  • Strong foundation in data engineering and modeling, with practical experience in SQL, Python, and modern data platforms.
  • Demonstrated capability in project management, driving timelines and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
  • Agility and adaptability—demonstrated flexibility and ability to embrace change in a dynamic environment.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? 

  • Deliver impactful analytics solutions that drive Industrial Strategy objectives across Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Develop and govern optimization models, collecting and validating input from key business stakeholders.
  • Create and validate scenarios for capacity & demand, cost-to-serve, and resilience purposes supporting business decisions with actionable insights.
  • Design and build high-quality reports and dashboards in BI platforms (such as Power BI), ensuring excellent user experience and clear visualizations.
  • Analyze and consolidate data from multiple sources, performing deep-dives and translating findings into business value.
  • Ensure robust data extraction, validation, and quality assurance for large and complex datasets.
  • Partner with business teams to understand priorities, gather requirements, and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
  • Manage projects and timelines, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of analytics outputs.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and external partners, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment throughout project lifecycles.
  • Continuous improvement and upskilling, staying current with the latest analytics tools and methodologies.
