We are searching for an experienced HR Generalist with recruiting function.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and Onboarding new employees;
• Organizing and holding employee's trainings;
• Conducting performance management and providing feedback;
• Managing benefits for employees;
• Developing corporate culture and internal communications;
• HR Administration tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of similar work experience (preferably in IT/ IT distribution industry);
• Good experience in IT-hardware/ engineering recruitment techniques;
• Fluency in English;
• Focus on results, the ability to establish partnerships, responsibility, analytical skills;
• Fluent English.
