Senior Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

We are excited to announce that we are seeking a Senior CRO Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing website traffic, implementing strategic improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our online presence. If you have a strong analytical mind, a deep understanding of UX/UI principles, and are tech-savvy, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Do:

Analyzing website traffic, monetization logic, user behavior, conversion data and implementing strategic improvements;
Identifying and executing strategies to enhance user journeys and elevate conversion rates;
Maintain brand consistency in CRO efforts, boosting trust, quality, and community engagement;
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and development, to implement CRO initiatives effectively;
Conducting A/B tests on various elements of web pages and user flows to optimize performance;
Providing actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance overall website performance;
Place a primary focus on data, validating insights through metrics, numerical analysis, and other applicable means;
Conduct thorough competitor analyses to identify market trends, strengths, weaknesses, and potential opportunities.

What We Expect:

Proven experience in a CRO or similar role;
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights;
Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies;
Understanding of UX/UI principles;
Experienced in effectively communicating with developers;
Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Chartbeat, Hotjar, BigQuery, etc);
Proactive approach to problem-solving, consistently searching for and applying new solutions to enhance processes and outcomes;
Proven capability to guide projects from the beginning to the end, showcasing effective planning, execution, and successful delivery;
Excellent communication and collaboration skill;
Tech-savvy, with a strong understanding of the latest digital technologies and trends;
Fluency in English.

Salary: up to 5785 Euros/gross (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.)
