- Unterstützung der Infrastruktur-Teams im ART-Kontext innerhalb des SAFe-Frameworks
- Betreuung der Teams als Senior Scrum Master
- Starker Fokus auf Erfahrung als Agile Coach und Enabling von Teams
- Durchführung der agilen Zeremonien im SAFe
- Coaching der Schlüsselrollen im agilen Team
- Setzen von Mindset- und Methodikimpulsen
Anforderungen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Scrum Master und Agile Coach in mehreren Teams und Unternehmungen
- Coaching und Mentoring Erfahrung im agilen Umfeld
- Ausgewiesene Erfarhungen im SAFe Framework, vorzugsweise in der IT Infrastruktur
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten wird vorausgesetzt
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse
