Kubis is hiring Full Stack Developer with Laravel skills (Mid-Level)

We’re hiring a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our digital development team, working on the agency’s largest account with one of the most complex and continuously evolving digital ecosystems in our portfolio. This role requires someone who can balance new feature development with the operational reality of recurring platform updates, CMS work, and maintenance tasks.

What you’ll work on

• Developing and maintaining web platforms, modules, features, and landing pages
• Implementing UI components based on modern frontend standards
• Contributing to backend logic, integrations, and platform improvements
• Handling recurring content management and maintenance tasks (part of the day-to-day reality on a major enterprise ecosystem)
• Ensuring stability, performance, and clean deployment processes
• Collaborating with PM, design, QA, and other developers across a large ecosystem

Required skills

Frontend

• Strong knowledge of HTML & CSS, including Tailwind
• Solid Vanilla JavaScript foundations
• Basic experience with at least one of the main frontend frameworks:
• Vue/Nuxt or React/Next

Backend

• PHP proficiency
• Good working knowledge of Laravel (routes, controllers, Eloquent, Blade)

Nice to have

• Experience integrating APIs
• Understanding of environments & deployments
• Git workflows
• Curiosity, autonomy, and a structured mindset

• 2–4 years of experience as a full stack or mixed-experience developer

• Able to work independently inside a structured team
• Comfortable navigating complexity and high-stakes digital environments
