Responsibilities
YOUR ROLE
As a Project Manager, you’ll orchestrate large-scale, multi-disciplinary IT projects that help customers transform their business through CSS solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally to align business outcomes with technical deliverables and take pride in ensuring every stakeholder is informed, engaged, and delighted with project progress.
Your leadership will ensure customers harness the full value of their Oracle solutions, supporting their digital transformation and maximizing their investment. If you’re a quick learner with a flair for communication, teamwork, and creative problem solving, you’ll find your next challenge here.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of IT project management in B2B settings.
- Track record of successfully managing infrastructure and cloud IT projects, with focus on risk, issue, and change management.
- Deep experience working with external customers or third parties is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related discipline), or equivalent professional experience in technology.
- Strong time and self-management skills—able to juggle multiple priorities with focus.
- Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver results in complex environments.
- Conflict management and resolution capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A natural collaborator and team player, with a customer-first mindset.
- Successful delivery of cloud or infrastructure projects.
- History of managing projects for external customers or third parties.
- Deep understanding of customer industries, business imperatives, and technology requirements.
- Demonstrated use of leading project management methodologies.
- Skilled in escalation, risk, issue management, and change control, with a talent for developing long-lasting customer relationships.
- Background in Project Management, Professional Services, Account Management, Enterprise IT, Customer Support, or large-scale software deployment strongly preferred.
- PRINCE2, PMP, or ITIL certification is highly desirable.
- Extensive direct engagement with senior management/executive stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
