A typical day might include the following:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain and logistics-related projects;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, warehouse, IT, data, etc.);
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables;
• Support improvements in warehouse operations and logistics processes;
• Work on initiatives involving data warehouse and operational reporting;
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders;
• Identify risks and propose mitigation plans;
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and operational execution.

Required Skills:

• 4–5 years of experience as a Project Manager;
• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or large warehouse environments;
• Previous exposure to Pharma industry is considered an advantage;
• Hands-on experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) – mandatory;
• Experience working with data warehouse or reporting-related projects;
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and logistics flows;
• Strong organizational and coordination skills;
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders;
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel);
• Good communication skills in English.
