For our Exact Online Bouw development team in Leeuwarden, we are looking for an enthusiastic, talented Back-End PHP Engineer. Someone who gets excited about new ideas and techniques in the field of back-end development and ensures that our micro services function optimally.

With us, you can be yourself, and we would love to discover what sets you apart. For the position of PHP Back-end Engineer, it’s helpful if you have a sense of perseverance. And preferably you have a technical mindset, an eye for quality and good communication skills. What’s more, you bring:

• At least MBO+/HBO level of thinking and working;
• A strong sense of responsibility and ownership;
• A positive attitude and the ability to be critical and thinks in solutions;
• 4-5 years experience with PHP
• Good knowledge of Symfony or Laravel;
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and MySQL
• Experience with writing and maintaining unit tests;
• Up to date with the latest techniques and standards;
• Problem-solving skills using accepted best practices and principles such as SOLID and design patterns;
• Good communication skills in English
