We are currently looking for a MEP Construction Manager to join our expanding SuperTeam. The MEP Construction Manager will be responsible for supporting the Technical Department in planning, organizing, and executing all the electrical, fire protection/suppression, HVAC, plumbing, and sanitary works, within the company projects portfolio of residential, office, commercial and industrial, mixed-used developments, keeping in mind their successful completion within the desired timeline and budget. Responsibilities

• Prepare the specifications for each project in terms of functionality, cost, time, quality and safety, in line with the company standards
• Co-ordination and follow-up with other members in the project team for their inputs
• Review of technical design specifications and Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Supervise all construction works/activities for the project
• Monitor the progress of work against the master schedule baseline
• Provide technical input for the selection of suppliers and contractors and supervise the execution of the commercial agreements
• Investigate any variations from contractual and/or internal requirements. Support remedial actions necessary to keep the budget on track.
• Provide quality assurance and control to ensure conformance to the specifications of the project and company standards in coordinate the testing and commissioning of the works and systems
• Co-ordination with the contractors to rectify the defects during the defects liability period
• Prepare of project close-out report including lessons learned
• Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.
• Interact effectively with others, communicating clearly and understanding of and meeting the needs of others.

Skills and Qualifications:

• MEP Engineer bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Minimum five years general experience in construction.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as MEP Project/Site/Construction Manager for large residential & office construction projects .(previous experience working for a real estate developer is a plus)
• Good computer skills, Good knowledge in using MS Office, AutoCad, MS Project is mandatory.
• Proficient in English is mandatory.
