One of our partners clients is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of their OMNI customer journey, connecting digital and physical stores into one seamless experience. You’ll drive discovery, identify customer needs and opportunities, and define the way forward. Working closely with design, engineering, analytics, and store teams, you’ll help create a smooth, inspiring, and fully integrated customer experience.

You’ll also lead key initiatives from discovery to delivery, translating customer and business needs into clear priorities and requirements. In partnership with UX, engineering, analytics, and stakeholders, you’ll bring ideas to life, measure impact, and drive experimentation to continuously improve the product.

You’ll be part of a global, cross-functional digital team spanning Product Design, Analytics, and Engineering, collaborating with other product teams and key business stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences.
