Avigna is hiring a Senior Product Manager

Our IT Delivery Center aims to build strong and sustainable solutions for customers across Europe. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team to build, support, and drive customer innovations—bringing efficiency through structured discovery, strategic prioritization, and agile product delivery.

Mode of work: Hybrid (up to 25% remote work allowed)

Assignment Period: 17 March 2026 – 30 November 2026


Responsibilities

  • Lead product discovery, delivery, and iterative improvements for key digital initiatives.
  • Shape and enhance the OMNI customer journey by bridging digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Translate customer insights and business needs into clear problem statements, requirements, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Partner closely with UX, Engineering, Analytics, and key stakeholders to bring concepts from exploration to release.
  • Define and track success metrics that reflect measurable impact across digital and in‑store experiences.
  • Drive experimentation, user testing, and validation activities to generate insights and guide product decisions.
  • Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to ensure unified and user‑centric product development.


Qualification

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager within a digital product environment, preferably with OMNI‑channel or retail experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence and work with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to navigate complex problem spaces with structured thinking and a clear prioritization mindset.
  • Excellent customer‑centric approach with experience in uncovering user needs and validating pain points.
  • Data-informed decision-making mindset with the ability to leverage both qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Hands-on experience working in agile, iterative product development settings.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
  • Curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement—for both products and ways of working.
