As part of our Asset Finance team, you'll help businesses unlock growth by providing innovative financing solutions for essential assets like vehicles and equipment. As a market leader in the Nordics, collaborating with some of the largest car brands, and powering the majority of all Nordic financed cars, you’ll play a key role in creating solutions that make these assets more accessible, enabling clients to achieve ambitious goals and drive lasting success.

What does the role look like?
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications using .NET and C#
- Work closely with architects, engineers, product managers and product owners to understand business requirements and technical specifications
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality
- Collaborate with other departments in an international environment, delivering on team’s goals.

Are we a great match?
To master the Senior .Net Developer role, we believe that you have:
- At least 4 years’ experience with .NET C# development (backend or full-stack),
- Strong English and Polish communication skills allowing efficient communication in an international environment,
- Working closely with the team to identify and solve technical challenges,
- Collaborating with other departments in an international environment, delivering on team’s goals,
- Understanding well the business context of the team/product and having an overview of the company-wide business context.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET,
- Experience in REST,
- GIT, Azure DevOps,
- T-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server,
- Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices,
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail,
- Agile and Scrum methodologies,
- Financial or banking sector interest.
