We are looking for a People Operations Specialist in Krakow (hybrid position) to strengthen day-to-day People Operations and keep HR services running smoothly. You will support employees, manage HR administration across systems, and help refine processes in a multicultural setup - apply now.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support across a core People Operations area such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration based on business needs
  • Answer and resolve employee requests via a ticketing system, ensuring accurate and timely communication
  • Maintain and update employee data in internal and external HR and payroll systems with a focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure HR documentation and processes meet internal policies and legal standards
  • Prepare reports and operational summaries to support compliance and operational needs
  • Collaborate with the People Team to streamline processes, improve employee experience, and support team initiatives
  • Support employees with absence-related topics and working time management
  • Act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding legal regulations and labor law

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in an HR department with 2+ years in a similar role
  • High attention to detail across documentation, data, and workflows
  • Proactive mindset and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Exposure to multicultural environments as an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to organize work and meet deadlines consistently
  • Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Working knowledge of Service Now, Optima, and Płatnik as a plus
  • Familiarity with shared service environments as beneficial
  • English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
