We are hiring a People Operations Specialist in Krakow (hybrid) to ensure reliable HR operations and strong employee support across key People areas. You will handle tickets, keep HR and payroll records accurate, and partner with the People Team on process improvements - apply now.

 

Responsibilities

  • Deliver operational support in a key People Operations area such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, based on current business needs
  • Handle employee requests through a ticketing system and provide clear, timely, and precise updates
  • Keep employee records up to date in internal and external HR and payroll systems while ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Align HR documentation and operational processes with internal policies and legal requirements
  • Generate required reports and summaries to satisfy operational and compliance needs
  • Partner with the People Team to optimize processes, enhance employee experience, and contribute to team initiatives
  • Assist employees with absences and working time management topics
  • Support employees as a contact point for questions on legal regulations and labor law

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in an HR department
  • Exceptional attention to detail in everyday tasks
  • Team-oriented approach with a proactive attitude
  • Experience working in multicultural environments as advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within deadlines
  • Openness to learning and adapting to new challenges
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Knowledge of Service Now, Optima, and Płatnik as a plus
  • Experience in shared service environments as beneficial
  • English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
