We are expanding our Krakow team with a People Operations Specialist (hybrid position) to strengthen operational excellence across core People Operations services. You will support employees via a ticketing system, keep HR/payroll data accurate, and help the People Team improve processes - apply now.
Responsibilities
- Deliver operational support within a key People Operations scope such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, as assigned by business needs
- Respond to employee requests using a ticketing system and ensure timely, accurate communication
- Maintain employee records in internal and external HR and payroll systems while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Ensure HR documentation and processes are aligned with internal policies and legal requirements
- Create reports and summaries to meet operational and compliance requirements
- Work with the People Team to optimize workflows, improve employee experience, and support team initiatives
- Assist employees with absences and working time management inquiries
- Serve as the contact point for questions related to legal regulations and labor law
Requirements
- Professional experience of 2+ years working within an HR department
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive, team-first approach to day-to-day work
- Helpful experience working in multicultural environments
- Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking
- Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage tasks effectively
- Readiness to learn and adjust to new challenges
- Ability to treat confidential information with discretion
- Plus: familiarity with Service Now, Optima, and Płatnik

- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
