We are seeking a People Operations Specialist in Krakow (hybrid) to help deliver dependable People Operations and maintain high-quality HR administration. You will manage employee requests, maintain records in HR and payroll systems, and support compliance and process updates - apply now.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations within a key People Operations area such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, depending on business demand
  • Resolve employee inquiries through a ticketing system and ensure responses are accurate and delivered on time
  • Update and maintain employee records in internal and external HR and payroll systems with strong focus on compliance and accuracy
  • Validate that HR documentation and processes follow internal policies and legal standards
  • Compile reports and summaries needed for operational tracking and compliance
  • Cooperate with the People Team to improve processes, enhance employee experience, and contribute to initiatives
  • Assist employees with absence handling and working time management
  • Provide guidance as a contact point for employee questions related to labor law and legal regulations

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR department
  • Consistent attention to detail in all assigned activities
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Advantageous experience in multicultural environments
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to think analytically and solve problems effectively
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Motivation to learn and adapt to new challenges
  • Strong discretion when handling confidential information
  • Nice-to-have knowledge of Service Now, Optima, and Płatnik
  • Beneficial experience within shared service environments
  • English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
