We are looking to hire a bright and dynamic Human Capital Specialist/ Senior Specialist to join our growing Human Capital Team, located in ITU Teknopark. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and contribute to a wide range of HR functions that foster a positive, engaging, and performance-driven work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment and HR and will possess a can-do attitude and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 360° recruitment campaigns for both technical and non-technical roles
- Manage HR operations including employment contracting, onboarding, training & development, performance management, and benefits administration
- Coordinate and facilitate orientation programs for new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employees and recruitment campaigns
- Plan and organize internal events and team-building activities
- Support ongoing HR projects and contribute to the development and optimization of HR processes and policies
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree from top-tier universities in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field; a Master’s degree in HR is a plus
- 3-4 years of experience in recruitment in a recruitment agency (preferred) or a fast-paced / startup environment; experience in other HR functions is considered a strong plus
- Knowledge of core HR practices and principles
- Excellent communication skills in English (native-like proficiency is required)
- Strong organizational and presentation skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work hybrid (3 days a week from our Sarıyer office)
