We are looking to hire a bright and dynamic Human Capital Specialist/ Senior Specialist to join our growing Human Capital Team, located in ITU Teknopark. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and contribute to a wide range of HR functions that foster a positive, engaging, and performance-driven work environment.


The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment and HR and will possess a can-do attitude and a customer-centric approach.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 360° recruitment campaigns for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Manage HR operations including employment contracting, onboarding, training & development, performance management, and benefits administration
  • Coordinate and facilitate orientation programs for new hires
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employees and recruitment campaigns
  • Plan and organize internal events and team-building activities
  • Support ongoing HR projects and contribute to the development and optimization of HR processes and policies


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree from top-tier universities in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field; a Master’s degree in HR is a plus
  • 3-4 years of experience in recruitment in a recruitment agency (preferred) or a fast-paced / startup environment; experience in other HR functions is considered a strong plus
  • Knowledge of core HR practices and principles
  • Excellent communication skills in English (native-like proficiency is required)
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work hybrid (3 days a week from our Sarıyer office)
