- Job Title – HR/ Admin Coordinator

- Working days & timings – 5 days
- Mandatory details/Skills – Prior Experience in New Visa Processing, Visa Cancellation and administrative responsibilities
Job description:
- Coordinate with associate offices and internal departments for smooth delegation and onboarding processes
- Handle travel bookings, events, meetings, utilities, office supplies, and vendor negotiation
- Timely sharing of CVs, medical reports, offer letters, MOLs, visas, tickets, and other required documents with clients
- Follow up on ticket and document corrections, document amendments, and approvals, when required
- Ensure legal compliance related to recruitment, labour documentation, contracts, and government requirements
- Liaise with legal, PRO, and operations teams to ensure timely processing of permits, visas, and employment-related formalities
- Support operations team with manpower mobilization, deployment schedules, and site requirements
- Efficient in obtaining documents promptly from clients and associate offices
- Willing to be flexible with office timings based on operational requirements
- Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
