We are looking for a Project Manager experienced in data & analytics solutions to act as a trusted advisor to our clients, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises, guiding them through data, analytics, and AI initiatives from strategy to implementation.


This is not just a delivery role, you will help organisations understand what they should build, why it matters, and how to execute successfully - balancing technical feasibility with real business value.


You’ll work closely with founders, leadership teams, and operational stakeholders to translate business challenges into structured data projects that drive measurable outcomes.


What You’ll Do:


  • Act as a strategic advisor to SME clients on data, analytics, and AI initiatives
  • Lead end-to-end data projects (discovery → scoping → delivery → adoption)
  • Help clients define data strategies, roadmaps, and governance approaches
  • Translate business problems into technical requirements for data engineers, analysts, and ML teams
  • Manage stakeholders across business and technical teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to ROI
  • Educate and upskill client teams on data best practices
  • Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and analytics to create competitive advantage


What We’re Looking For:


  • 2+ years in data project management, analytics consulting, or data product delivery
  • Strong understanding of data infrastructure, BI, analytics, and/or AI/ML workflows
  • Experience working with Microsoft technologies such as Power BI, Azure, Databricks
  • Proven track record delivering cross-functional data projects
  • Excellent communication in Norwegian and English
  • Strong business acumen and commercial mindset
  • Comfortable working between technical and non-technical teams
  • Structured, organised, and delivery-focused
