About Libeara

At Libeara, we're passionate about reshaping capital markets, bringing them on-chain with a compliance-first approach to tokenising real-world assets. Backed by SC Ventures, the innovation arm of Standard Chartered, our team is on a mission to rewire the DNA of banking and drive meaningful change.

So far, our infrastructure has proudly supported the tokenisation of more than US$1 billion in regulated assets, including the world’s highest-rated tokenised US Treasury fund and Asia’s first tokenisedretail money market fund. We're committed to opening access to real-world assets the right way: transparent, regulated, and on-chain, with true multi-chain interoperability, robust security, and sound governance.

Role

Are you a Product Designer (UI/UX) who loves working at the exciting intersection of Finance, Technology, and complex systems? If so, you might be the person we're looking for!

You'll have an opportunity to design crucial interfaces, workflows, and operational systems that power both client-facing and internal platforms. Your creativity will help shape how our investors, operators, and stakeholders confidently interact with our offerings at scale.

You'll take the lead on design outcomes across multiple domains, tackling interesting challenges in usability, workflow, and data visualisation, all within an environment where your work truly matters.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product design, from research and discovery to high-fidelity UI for complex workflows.
  • Translate business, regulatory, compliance, and product requirements into clear, user-centric design solutions
  • Design interfaces that are intuitive, accessible, and scalable for our Financial Services users, making complex workflows, such as asset management and investor journeys, feel effortless

User Research and Problem Framing

  • Get to know our users through research (interviews, usability testing, and workflow observations) to identify pain points and validate your ideas
  • Translate research findings into user journeys, workflows, and scalable design artefacts
  • Analyse user and stakeholder feedback to identify usability gaps and propose meaningful improvements
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops and problem-framing sessions with cross-functional stakeholders

Design Systems and Platform Architecture

  • Design intuitive, accessible, and visually clear interfaces for complex, data-driven workflows
  • Maintain and evolve the design system, components, and templates to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform and product domains

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Delivery

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure feasible, well-implemented designs
  • Support Business Development and internal teams with product-related visual assets where required (e.g. product walkthroughs, lightweight marketing collateral, and WordPress content updates)

Requirements

  • Around 4 - 6 years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX Design
  • Prior experience designing Fintech, B2B, enterprise, or platform-based products
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and design systems
  • Proficiency in Figma is required; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Experience with WordPress would be an advantage

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing end-to-end platforms spanning client-facing interfaces and internal/admin systems, including dashboards, workflows, and role-based access controls
  • Experience working on regulated or compliance-heavy products
  • Familiarity with Blockchain concepts or Digital Asset platforms
