Co-Development Business Unit is looking for a UI/UX Designer
This is a contract role from 1 Apr 2026 to 31 Mar 2027 (Tentative).

What will you do?
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, content creators, and mental health professionals to understand user needs and platform objectives.
- Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms, adhering to best practices and design principles.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics data, and stakeholder input.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across the platform's various sections and versions
- Incorporate accessibility features to accommodate users with diverse needs and disabilities.
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
- Deliverables:
- User personas, journey maps, and empathy maps to inform design decisions.
- Wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Design specifications, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Accessibility audits and recommendations for improving the platform's accessibility.
- Design assets and resources for developers, including iconography, typography, and visual elements.
- Other ad-hoc works required for the continued design and development of the platform
What are we looking for?
- At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
- Strong design work portfolio end-to-end design delivery
- Proficiency with modern UI/UX design and prototyping tools, including component libraries and design system workflows
- Past experience conducting user interviews, design thinking sessions, focus group workshops with various stakeholders.
- Good understanding of responsive design, and usability principles
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively in cross-functional teams
