Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Engineer. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end features of web applications. The role includes designing responsive user interfaces, writing clean and efficient code, integrating APIs, and optimizing performance. The position also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and reliable software solutions that meet client requirements.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain websites, web applications, and e-commerce storefronts across platforms like WordPress, BigCommerce, and Shopify
• Write clean, efficient code using JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, Laravel)
• Work with databases (SQL, MongoDB) to build and optimize data-driven features
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend platform functionality
• Use AI-assisted development tools as a core part of your daily workflow to write, debug, and ship code faster
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver client work on time
• Troubleshoot bugs, improve performance, and continuously learn new technologies
• Write testable, maintainable code and participate in code reviews

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
• Solid understanding of core computer science fundamentals - data structures, algorithms, and how the web works
• Full stack development experience (professional, internship, or strong personal/academic projects)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, and SQL
• Familiarity with at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Experience with or willingness to quickly learn platforms like WordPress, BigCommerce, Shopify, and Laravel
• Working knowledge of databases - relational (MySQL/SQL Server) and/or document-based (MongoDB)
• Demonstrated use of AI coding tools in your development workflow
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows
• A go-getter attitude: you're resourceful, you figure things out, and you don't wait to be told what to do
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with e-commerce development or digital marketing platforms
• Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
• Knowledge of SEO principles or marketing analytics tools
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio/GitHub
