As a Senior Developer, you will be a key architect in a high-growth environment, leveraging Laravel and React to build scalable solutions that impact millions of users. The Role

• Design and build mission-critical, scalable features within a PHP 8+ and Laravel ecosystem.

• Lead the transition from requirements to technical architecture, balancing "ideal" patterns with business speed.

• Champion frontend excellence using React to create seamless, high-performance user experiences.

• Drive engineering quality by reducing technical debt and establishing standards that junior/mid-level developers can follow.

• Participate in high-level tooling and infrastructure decisions to optimize the developer enablement experience.

What You'll Need

• 5-7+ years of professional software development experience in complex web environments.

• Expert-level mastery of PHP and the Laravel framework.

• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React or Angular.

• Proven track record of driving technical direction and mentoring teams through detailed code reviews and documentation.

• A systems-thinking mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote-friendly, fast-paced environment.
