Job Description

LVMH Fragrance Brands is seeking a Sales Development Coordinator to support the Sales Development Team and greater organization through forecasting and delivering and communicating detailed sales reporting to help drive overall productivity and results.

Reports to: Sr Director, Sales Development NA

Key Internal Partners: Key Account Managers, Marketing Coordinators, Directors of Regional Sales, Sales Development and all other cross-functional departments

External Partners: Independent Accounts

Key Accountabilities:

Support the Sales Development Team through reporting and communication:

  • Reporting: provide insight and topline executive summaries when reporting the following-
    • Weekly retail sales and communicate to the organization, tracking sales results and performance against targets.
    • Reconcile monthly reports with actual results.
    • Gift Set Sell Thru: Run and Analyze Sell Thru Reports during KCPs for US and Canada
    • “Cluster Report” Tiered Door Selling Analysis
    • Uploading non-EDI retail sales into PowerBI database
  • Forecasting/Inventory:
    • Set up monthly forecast templates for new product launches.
    • Newness Calendar Management: update calendar with new launches and actualize prior year for comparison
    • Communicate bi-weekly inventory status and provide commentary on key out of stocks
    • Manage order forms and distribute seasonally
  • Allocations:
    • Create templates for seasonal and new product launches
    • Monitor daily quota issues, partnering with Customer Management and Key Account Managers
    • Monthly reconciliation of shipments vs allocations for launches and POSM
    • Tracking inventory receipts vs ship dates
    • Assist with the strategic allocation of POSM and other tools
    • Create orders to send tools to field when needed
  • Distribution Updates: assist in setting up new doors and assigning door attributes in Anaplan database, and noting door closures
  • Account Support: assist with Independents’ order entry and account management
  • Attend Monthly Ops Meetings to ensure proper coordination of all programs, problem solve any impending issues and provide follow up
  • Assist in creating and updating PowerPoint presentations, outlining key learnings and opportunities, including monthly business reviews.
  • Take part in special projects as needed to help drive improvements in sales operations.
  • Partner with IT Department as point of contact for updating and optimizing reporting systems and tools
  • Partner with Key Account Managers and the BPC
  • Ad hoc reporting as business warrants
Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in sales operations, business analysis, and/or sales administration
  • Must have very strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interface with key executives in a professional manner.
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, and demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel
  • A team player with the ability to interact at all levels with internal and external partners.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial, takes responsibility.
  • Flexibility and self-starter work etiquette.

Bachelors Degree in Business, or related field

Additional Information

  • Based out of the New York Corporate office, 598 Madison Avenue.
  • Travel may occur as business needs.
  • Hours of work must be flexible to meet job objectives.

Must be comfortable with a dynamic work environment where projects and priorities change with the pace of the business

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $70,000 - $75,000.00
