Job Description

Join our dynamic team in a fully remote contract role as a Scrum Master.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, partner with product and business leaders, and ensure team progress.

Key Responsibilities

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is essential.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure effective team collaboration.

Partner with product and business leaders to develop and manage execution plans.

Identify and implement improvements to optimize team velocity and quality.

Communicate team progress and remove impediments to ensure smooth workflow.

Coach the team to enhance maturity and build a safe, trusting environment.

Qualifications

Experience with Agile team structures (Scrum/Kanban); SAFe experience is a plus.

Strong knowledge of Agile reports and metrics.

Experience in backlog grooming and refinement.

Proficient in estimation and story pointing.

Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
