What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Remove impediments and protect the team from external distractions
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles and practices
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization
• Track and report team performance metrics
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• U.S. Citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a NACI or higher background investigation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master)
• Experience supporting federal IT programs
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools
• Experience working with AI or software development teams
