DevOps Developer

We are an early-stage startup building innovative solutions in the real estate domain. We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us design, implement, and maintain a robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure as we grow.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple environments.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure with a strong emphasis on security best practices.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Conduct security reviews, identify vulnerabilities, and define mitigation strategies.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using laC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with backend and product teams on deployment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and security standards relevant to the real estate domain.

Focused Tasks:

• Set up and maintain secrets management
• Establish secure access control, network policies, and identity management.
• Perform system hardening, audits, and risk assessments.
• Integrate automated security testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and incident response procedures.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Solid experience with cloud platforms.
• Strong background in security, including vulnerability assessment and remediation.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab Cl, Jenkins).
• Good understanding of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and zero-trust principles.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.).
• Strong scripting skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in early-stage startups.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Familiarity with real estate data platforms or proptech ecosystems.
