Job Title: Junior UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior UX/UI Designer to join our fast-growing technology startup. The selected candidate will work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to design intuitive, high-quality digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about design, eager to grow in a dynamic environment, and interested in contributing to scalable digital products from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile products
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
• Contribute to and maintain the company Design System
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design consistency and quality
• Support the continuous improvement of digital products based on feedback and best practices
• Stay updated with UX/UI trends, tools, and industry standards

What we’re looking for:

• 2–5 years of experience in UX/UI design with portfolio demonstrating equivalent skills
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping)
• Understanding of Design Systems and scalable UI patterns
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and team mindset
