Team
A multidisciplinary team of 15–20 members, including:
- Solution Architect;
- Project Manager;
- CRM Development Team;
- E-Health Integration Team;
- Gamification Team;
- Patient Cabinet Team;
- QA Team: currently 2 QA’s are working on this stream, including the QA Lead.
- 3-4 years of commercial experience as a Manual QA Engineer;
- Experience in Healthcare / E-Health systems;
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC;
- Familiarity with Agile practices (Scrum) — refinement, planning, sprint demos, retrospectives;
- Experience with JIRA;
- Experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Xray);
- Experience with API testing: including status codes, headers, payload validation, and error handling using Postman, Swagger;
- Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL);
- Experience with Git, GitLab;
- Experience with Visual Studio;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Strong analytical thinking;
- Ability to independently estimate testing efforts;
- Proactive mindset and ownership of quality.
- Experience testing CRM systems;
- Understanding of security and data privacy principles.
- Collaborate with the development team;
- Participate in requirements analysis and provide QA feedback during refinement;
- Communicate with the client;
- Test new functionality, perform functional and non-functional testing, smoke, and regression testing;
- Validate data consistency between services and databases;
- Validate role-based permissions and access control;
- Perform feature and bug testing;
- Create and maintain test documentation.
