We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Product Team.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and enhance dashboards: Build and refine Metabase dashboards and reports to support key business stakeholders across product, operations, growth, and leadership.
  • Advanced SQL analysis: Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries to support critical reporting and decision-making.
  • Turn questions into insights: Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into clear metrics, analyses, and recommendations (e.g., user behavior, funnel performance, retention, conversion, and revenue).
  • Define and monitor KPIs: Help define success metrics and maintain reliable reporting for core company KPIs across app and web experiences.
  • Data quality & instrumentation: Identify inconsistencies, missing data, or tracking gaps and propose scalable fixes in collaboration with engineering and analytics stakeholders.
  • Deep-dive analysis: Conduct ad hoc analysis, root-cause investigations, and opportunity sizing to guide prioritization and improve performance.
  • Enable self-serve analytics: Improve documentation, metric definitions, and dashboard usability so teams can confidently self-serve insights.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Analytics role in a data-driven organization (consumer apps, marketplaces, or subscription businesses are a plus).
  • Strong expertise in SQL (comfortable with complex queries, data modeling concepts, and performance tuning).
  • Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Solid analytical foundations: Familiar with funnel analysis, cohorting/retention, segmentation, experimentation readouts, and KPI design.
  • Comfort with app + web analytics concepts (event tracking, attribution basics, behavioral analytics), and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Strong communication skills: Able to clearly explain findings, assumptions, and tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with MMPs: AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch.
  • A proactive, analytical mindset: You don’t just answer questions—you identify opportunities, risks, and what to measure next.
