Your Role
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on self-organization, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and remove impediments and dependencies that impact team delivery.
- Hands-on experience as Scrum Master and Product Owner.
- Experience driving Agile adoption across multiple teams.
- Ability to connect Agile delivery to business outcomes and customer value.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed enterprise environments
