Project Manager – Enterprise Programme

Brisbane CBD + WFH

Initial 6 Month Contract + Likely Extensions

This role will lead a business-wide initiative focused on strengthening consistency and alignment across the organisation. It’s a complex programme with broad reach, bringing together multiple functions to support more structured and effective ways of working across people, processes and systems.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading delivery of an enterprise-level programme
• Coordinating outcomes across commercial, operational and technology teams
• Supporting alignment across key stakeholders
• Embedding governance and structured operating practices
• Managing risks, dependencies and delivery timelines
• Providing clear reporting and updates to senior leadership

Experience required:

• 10+ years delivering large-scale enterprise projects or transformation initiatives
• Experience operating in complex environments
• Strong senior stakeholder engagement capability
• Demonstrated delivery of cross-functional change initiatives
• Experience working within structured governance frameworks
• Prince2, PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide initiatives
• Exposure to operating model or behavioural change
