We are looking for a Product Manager to join our teams!

As the Senior Product Manager for the Fusion Apps ecosystem, you will lead a dedicated and focused on the next generation of our Clien'ts Chat integrations. Moving beyond staff augmentation, you will own the full technical lifecycle. You are responsible for taking vague business concepts and transforming them into scalable technical architectures, detailed PRDs, and long-term roadmaps—minimizing the need for our client-side engineering blueprints.


Job Description

1. Technical Architecture & Integration

Deep Integration Expertise: Proven experience managing complex API integrations with enterprise platforms like Atlassian (Jira), Salesforce, and Zendesk.

Lifecycle Management: Ability to manage "Keep the Light On" (KTLO) tasks alongside high-velocity feature development and compliance-driven migrations.


2. Strategic Roadmap Execution

Independent Discovery: Ability to take a vague product concept and refine it into a sequenced, actionable roadmap without daily guidance from Google leads.

Operational Health Focus: A mindset geared toward Automation and Scale, prioritizing features that reduce manual QA and enable zero-touch weekly releases.


3. Leadership & Communication

Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as the "face" of the Managed Delivery Team, proactively managing technical risks and setting expectations with internal Google partners.

Data-Driven Prioritization: Using KPIs (Release Velocity, Regression Rates, and SLA adherence) to drive team focus and prove the success of the "Independent Delivery" model.



Key Responsibilities

Business-to-Product Translation: Independently bridge the gap between our Client's business needs and the technical implementation. You will translate high-level goals into a 2026 roadmap that prioritizes Compliance Migrations (OAuth), UI Modernization, and Production Excellence.

PRD Ownership for Scale: Author comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for complex integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Jira). Your docs must define the "What" and "Why" with enough technical clarity that the Engineering Lead can move directly to Architectural Design.

Product Adoption & Growth: Drive the lifecycle of the Chat App catalog. You will focus on UI Kit modernization (Dynamic selects, message actions) to improve CSAT and ensure seamless user onboarding.

Delivery Management (Independent Model): Partner with the Sr. SWE Lead to ensure >90% of Technical Design Documents (TDDs) are vendor-authored. You will be the primary liaison for stakeholders, managing risks and ensuring 100% on-time quarterly delivery.
