The Role

This is a performance creative role, not a branding-only position.

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Graphic Designer who understands paid media ecosystems, structured creative testing, and how design decisions directly impact ROAS.

You should be comfortable producing at speed, iterating constantly, and working from data — not just intuition.

If you’ve worked closely with media buyers and know how to scale ads through systematic testing, this role will feel aligned.

What You’ll Own

  • Performance ad creative across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and Pinterest
  • Static, motion, and video ads optimized for conversion
  • UGC-style editing and performance storytelling
  • Rapid production of creative variations for A/B testing
  • Iteration based on CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
  • Strict adherence to 15–20+ brand systems simultaneously
  • Landing page design in Unbounce, Webflow, or HubSpot
  • Prototyping in Figma
  • AI-assisted concepting and production acceleration

What We Expect

  • 5–8 years of experience (agency or performance-focused environment preferred)
  • Advanced Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Strong Figma proficiency
  • Proven experience creating paid media ads that scale
  • Deep understanding of platform specs and formatting nuances
  • Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, and conversion psychology
  • Ability to work at high velocity without sacrificing quality
  • Comfort working directly from performance data and feedback
  • Proactive integration of AI tools into your workflow

Preferred

  • CTV or digital audio creative experience
  • Familiarity with performance KPIs and scaling frameworks
  • Basic UX and CRO knowledge
  • Experience across multiple industries and brand ecosystems
