Agile Transformation Consultant (w/m/d) | Public Sector | Remote | Long-Term Contract

Our client is a federal IT and digitalisation provider supporting critical public-sector and defence organisations across Germany. They are seeking a freelance Agile Transformation Consultant to embed a unified, cross-service agile operating model within a complex Service Database environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-level agile transformation (SAFe/Scrum), coaching teams and Service Owners across services.
• Implement governance structures, optimise Jira-based planning, remove impediments, and drive measurable agile maturity improvements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in agile transformation and organisational development within enterprise/public-sector environments.
• SPC, PSM II, PAL I and IPMA Level D (or equivalent), strong SAFe/Scrum expertise, solid cloud/database understanding, fluent German (C1).
