What You’ll Actually Do (and Love Doing)

As Digital Project Manager

• Own end-to-end delivery of exciting web and mobile projects — shaping beautiful, high-performing financial websites and cutting-edge mobile banking apps.
• Collaborate directly with clients to define killer project scopes, goals, and success criteria — then make it all happen on time, on budget, and to “wow” standards.
• Become the trusted voice between clients, designers, developers, and stakeholders — translating needs into crystal-clear requirements and keeping everyone aligned and excited.
• Run our web design support queue like a pro — prioritising, delegating, and ensuring every ticket turns into happy clients and polished results.
• Champion quality at every step — from pixel-perfect launches to smooth post-go-live support.
• Spot opportunities to level up our processes and delivery — then make those improvements happen.

As Team Leader

• Inspire and guide a talented crew of web designers and digital specialists — leading by example with energy, clarity, and genuine care.
• Build a high-trust, high-performance culture where people grow, collaborate, and do their best work.
• Carry out thoughtful 1:1s, performance conversations, and development planning — helping your team members become the best versions of themselves.

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have

• Solid, hands-on project management experience in web development / digital delivery (financial services experience is a bonus, not a must).
• Real familiarity with modern CMS platforms
• A natural talent for client conversations — calm under pressure, clear communicator, brilliant at managing expectations.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a creative/technical team — including running reviews, giving constructive feedback, and handling team dynamics with empathy and confidence.
• Super-strong organisation, ruthless prioritisation, and the ability to juggle multiple fast-moving projects without breaking a sweat.
• Genuine initiative — you spot what needs doing and just… do it.
