Senior Product Data Scientist - ML from Scratch

Join a fast-growing, venture-backed B2B SaaS company, hiring their first dedicated Data Scientist. This is a fantastic opportunity to be an integral part of a greenfield project, with full ownership of the data function.

You’ll be working closely with Product and Engineering, gain access to a large dataset to design experiments, and build predictive models from zero. This is the company's first dedicated Data Scientist hire, building the function from scratch.

The role is essential to how the company's product evolves. You'll be working closely with a dedicated AI engineer in getting models into production. The team is dedicated and highly collaborative, with teamwork being a core part of their culture.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a product-led SaaS company, enjoys autonomy, with strong scope to grow.

Role/Opportunity

• Senior Data Scientist
• Build predictive ML models from scratch using a 45M+ interaction dataset
• Greenfield opportunity to introduce ML/AI into an existing product
• Define core product metrics and shape data-driven product decisions

Skills/Experience

• 5+ years in Data Science within a SaaS environment
• Strong SQL & Python
• Experience deploying ML models
• A/B Testing
