Our Client
Our client is a leading professional services firm delivering complex transformation programmes across the Asset Management sector. They are seeking an experienced PMO Lead at Associate Director level to establish and run the programme control function.

- 10+ years’ PMO leadership experience on complex programmes
- Experience in Financial Services, Securities Services or operating model change
- Strong governance, reporting and milestone management expertise
- Experience running RAID, dependency mapping and stage gate controls
- Strong documentation and management information capability
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting into the Programme Director, you will establish and lead the PMO function across the programme.
- Integrated Planning – Develop and baseline the full programme plan and maintain critical path oversight
- Governance Tooling – Implement RAID logs, dependency mapping and stage gate frameworks
- Cadence Management – Run weekly and fortnightly status cycles with workstream leads
- SteerCo Reporting – Consolidate reporting packs and executive dashboards
- Milestone Control – Track delivery milestones and escalate risks proactively
- Resource Oversight – Support resourcing visibility and capacity tracking
- Quality Assurance – Implement quality assurance checks across deliverables
- Delivery Discipline – Act as the programme control tower ensuring pace and structure
